Paier College of Art

Founded in 1946, Paier College engages and inspires students by fostering intellectual curiosity and innovation through a curriculum that promotes critical thinking, civic responsibility, and collaboration. Paier College offers educational coursework focused on traditional visual arts, design, marketing, and communications in a personalized manner that prepares successful graduates for careers that meet the evolving needs of society. Paier College alumni have gone on to establish award-winning marketing agencies, illustrate children’s books, and create internationally recognized logos, among myriad other achievements. In 2021, Paier announced its plans to move to a new seaside campus located in Bridgeport, CT on a property formerly controlled by the University of Bridgeport. The new Paier campus is home to renowned educational, artistic, and performing arts spaces, a residence hall dormitory, and breathtaking views of the Connecticut shoreline. Paier celebrated its 75th birthday in 2021, and is poised for a promising next 75 years!
